Delicious Lemon Cake

1 lemon cake mix
mix as directed except add:
1 small box instant lemon pudding
use milk instead of water
use butter instead of oil
Bake as directed in 2 round cake pans, squeeze juice of one lemon on top of hot cake and cool.  Freeze cake overnight and then frost with cream cheese frosting and crushed lemon heads on top.
(The secret to this cake is the lemon juice on hot cake and freezing it)
Very Lemony and delicious!
Lisa Lowe's Peach Punch

2 cans welch's peach white grape juice frozen concentrate
1 2 liter bottle of Squirt
lots of ice

Mix altogether right before serving. 
Linda Hickman found the peach white grape juice in bottles and added the squirt and ice.
Artichoke Dip

1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts in oil chopped and drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese, I use fresh or canned, whichever I have on hand
1 small can diced green chilies

Mix altogether, spread in a shallow dish and bake at least 20 minutes at 350 degrees until bubbly.
Serve with multi-grain tortilla chips

This version does not get oily on the top and is really good.
