it's a BundT

I found this recipe online and then called Allison to find out her recipe and they were the same!

Allison's Nothing Bundt Chocolate Cake-
1 pkg Devil's Food Cake Mix
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding
1 c. sour cream
4 large eggs
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Mix first six ingredients in your mixer until combined. Add in chocolate chips. Pour into a greased Bundt pan. Cook in oven 45-50 min at 350 degrees. Let cool for 20 minutes. Remove from pan. Wrap in saran wrap and place in freezer overnight. Take the cake out to thaw before serving.
Cream Cheese Frosting
2 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened (use Philly Cream Cheese- it works the best)
1/2 c. butter softened
3-4 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Cream butter and cream cheese together. Mix in vanilla. Gradually stir in the powdered sugar (start with 2 cups and add from there until its nice and thick). Pipe onto cake.

To make a poppy seed cake use a yellow cake mix and vanilla pudding instead of the chocolate stuff and add 1 tsp rum flavoring and 1/2 c of poppy seeds to the batter. Voila.

Allison-do you frost the cake before you freeze it? I can't remember! Also please feel free to make any changes/tell us your secrets!

I won best frosting at a cake competition for this. Was that a made up category? Probably. Did I eat the left over frosting by myself with a spoon? Probably. (I only used 1 thing of cream cheese.)

Allison had done the bannana so maybe can remember what kind of cake mix to use. Then add a cup of pured bannanas and problably cut the water to 1/4 cup. who knows, by guess and by gosh I guess.
